Recommended Dose: Tincture: Adults: Take 2.5 ml (75 drops) 3 times daily, in a little water, on an empty stomach. Nasal Spray: Adults and children 12 or older: 1-2 sprays per nostril 3-5 times per day. Infants and children up to 11 years: 1 spray/nostril 4 times per day. How to use: First, blow your nose. Press closed the nostril not being treated. Administer to the other nostril by placing your index and middle fingers atop either side of the nozzle, while supporting the bottom of the bottle with your thumb. Then squeeze with both index and middle fingers to spray.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you have an immune system disorder or you are taking immunosuppressants. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. In the case of use beyond 3 months, dizziness, irritated skin, nausea, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
