Recommended Use: Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help maintain a healthy immune system and to help increase resistance to stress (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).
Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 2.5–3 mL (75–90 drops) 2 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
