This nighttime organic elderberry syrup is a 2 in 1 formula. The base for this syrup is the same as our regular SURO® elderberry syrup, which is made with Canadian grown organic elderberries. It also includes a blend of 6 soothing medicinal plants to promote a good night’s sleep. In addition, this syrup contains menthol and eucalyptus essential oils to help clear the airways.
Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of flu, colds, sore throats, coughs and fevers.
Recommended Dose: Take 2 Tbsp (30 ml), 30 minutes before bedtime and once during the night if necessary. Shake well before use.
Cautions & Warnings: This syrup contains bee products. Do not use if you are allergic to bee products, poplar or Peruvian balsam. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are taking immunosuppressants or if you have an autoimmune disease or progressive systemic illness such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS or HIV infection. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity or if an allergy develops. Some people may experience drowsiness. Be cautious if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. A diuretic effect may occur.
