RealEasy with PGX Vegan Meal Replacement Shake combines PGX with plant-based protein, vitamins, minerals, lecithin, and medium-chain triglycerides to help you feel full longer, bring blood sugar to normal levels, and help reduce cholesterol. Available in two flavours, chocolate and vanilla, these gluten-free meal replacement shakes are delicious and satisfying for an easy way to trim down.
Recommended Dose: Add 2 scoops (61 g) of RealEasy powder to 250–500 mL of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender until smooth to make a delicious, satisfying drink. Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly. Use 1–2 times daily as a meal replacement. When first taking RealEasy begin with 1 scoop (30.5 g) in 125–250 mL of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops(61 g) as directed above.
Serving option: RealEasy powder makes a delicious pudding. Follow directions above. After mixing, pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add ½ a banana or other fruit for variety or use your favourite plant-based beverage for higher calories and a creamier texture.
