RealEasy with PGX Whey Meal Replacement shake combines PGX with high-quality whey protein, vitamins, minerals, lecithin, and medium-chain triglycerides to help you feel full longer, bring blood sugar to normal levels, and help reduce cholesterol. Available in three flavours, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, these meal replacement shakes are delicious and satisfying for an easy way to trim down.
Recommended Dose: Add 2 scoops (67 g) of RealEasy powder to 250–500 mL of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender until smooth to make a delicious, satisfying drink. Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly. Use 1–2 times daily as a meal replacement. When first taking RealEasy begin with 1 scoop (33.5 g) in 125–250 mL of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (67 g) as directed above.

A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (250–500 mL) after taking PGX.
