Yacon is an Andean root originally from Peru, very sweet and rich in oligofructose (also
known as fructo-oligosaccharides), a complex Carbohydrate the human body cannot recognize as there is no enzyme to absorb it. Peruvian Harvest Yacon Syrup is only made from the nectar of carefully selected roots.
Recommended Use: NATURE'S HEALTHY SWEETENER. IDEAL FOR DRINKS, CONFECTIONERY AND FOOD PREPARATIONS.
